Mystery of HRIO 2009 – off-dry white table wine made from 2 hybrid grape varieties developed in the top secret Vineland grape breeding program of the Horticultural Research Institute of Ontario.

Dore blanc – a white wine blend of Vidal and Muscat, designed to compliment fish from Lake Erie.

Aenigma 2010 – aromatic, off-dry white table wine blend of Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc from Vineland, and Riesling from our vineyard.

Pinot Gris 2010 Blush  - single varietal , off-dry blush table wine with unique mouth feel from our vineyard.

Frontenac Rosé 2010 – unique bouquet rosé wine from our vineyard.

Cabernet Franc Rosé 2010  – classic summer rosé table wine made with grapes from Beamsville.

Chambourcin-Bianca 2010 Blush  – the French red meets the Hungarian white in dry blush table wine from our vineyard.

Aenigma 2010 – our full bodied dry red table wine with distinctive character for the German Regent grape, and local white oak. From our vineyard.

Chambourcin 2008  – dry red table wine from our vineyard tastes white.

Marechal Foche – this dry red table wine blends the 2009 and 2010 vintages of grapes from Pais Farms vineyard at Renton in Norfolk County.

Norfolk Red 2007 – dry or off-dry (2) red table wine from Norfolk County

Cerise – a dessert wine made from local cherries (Norfolk Cherry Co., Norfolk County), For after dinner or sipping: (375 ml $8.00) Great with chocolate!
