On Valentines day, we love the sweet surprises brought by our suitors. The stores are full of heart shaped boxes of chocolates. Our Cerise is a wonderful accompaniment – not too sweet (2)and it really sets off the chocolate. We also have some wonderful peach wine (2), and Golden Mead (2). We have a simple recipe for strawberry sangria using our Rose. If that ain’t sweet enough, we have Nectar which we only sell in half bottles. It blends nectarine wine with mead. It is sweet (5).
